History

The white Apple Keyboard was introduced in August 2007 alongside the aluminum iMacs. It featured a low-profile design with white plastic construction and scissor-switch keys. This keyboard was notable for its minimalist aesthetic and was the first Apple keyboard to use USB as the primary connection method.

It included function keys for media control and Exposé, and maintained the traditional Apple layout with the Command key in the standard position. The keyboard was discontinued in 2009 when Apple transitioned to the aluminum design.
